Important information regarding your commercial waste collection during the festive period
Please be aware that our waste collection schedule will change during the Christmas and New Year period and this is likely to affect all customers.
We would ask that you view each of the new collection timetables individually (below), taking careful consideration of any revisions that have been made to your standard collection days.
We have endeavoured to ensure that any collection changes are minimal, and where implemented, are only moved by 1-day either side of the normal collection date.
You will be able to locate your collection date by searching for the postcode prefix of the premises where the collection usually takes place. In some instances, some postcode regions have been split over multiple days.

If the revised time of the collection is inconvenient, please let us know before 15th Dec 2019 and we will try to accommodate any changes accordingly. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the collection destination will be closed for any period of time when a collection is scheduled, please inform us by 15th Dec 2019, otherwise charges will be applied for wasted journeys. Email us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
